ABOUT JESSICA
I am a trauma-informed practitioner and licensed massage therapist offering bodywork since 2010. I approach every session with compassion and a commitment to creating a secure space by actively listening to you, your body, and your goals. I specialize in corrective myofascial work, lymphatics, craniosacral therapy, postpartum recovery, and also work with infants and children.
I am apprenticed in the Berry Method of bodywork, which accesses the body's own intelligence to unravel painful patterns of dysfunction and inspire the utmost health.
As a yoga instructor since 2006, my training is rooted in the Iyengar and Viniyoga lineages but also includes extensive study in Ashtanga, Yoga Therapy, Yoga for Disabilities, Dynamic Yoga, and Functional Movement.

My lifelong connection to nature and respect for the sanctity of life shapes my work and how I approach a body's individual needs. I currently work and reside in Bethel, CT, and am available for private yoga sessions and consultations worldwide via Zoom.
